Do you deliver to my country?
We ship to a number of countries across the globe. Check out our delivery page to view a list of countries we can ship orders to.
If your country is listed, simply select your country at the checkout, which will also show you the shipping rates. If you're unable to find your country in the list of available countries at the checkout; then we're sorry, but we do not ship there.
How long will shipping take?

If your order is placed before 2pm (UK Time) Mon-Fri, we'll do our very best to ensure that it is shipped out to you on the same day.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or DHL depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Your order should usually be with you within 1-2 working days depending on the service selected.
International Orders
International orders are packed and sent from our UK warehouse.
International orders are sent via Deutsche Post or DHL depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Your order should be with you within 1-9 working days depending on the country being shipped to, and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Can I pick up orders from you?
Sorry, we don’t offer order collection up from our premises, but we do offer a range of shipping option to accommodate most needs.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
If you opted for a tracked shipping service, your shipment confirmation email will include details on how to track your order.
If your order was sent via a service without tracking, please check our delivery page for shipping estimates and timescales.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders?

Simply register for access, and once approved (usually within 24 hours) you’ll be able to view our range of wholesale items and prices.
Do you offer discounts for schools/educational organisations?
Yes! The Pi Hut want to help get the Raspberry Pi into as many schools as possible. To help with this, we offer discounts across many of our items.

I ordered the wrong item/The item isn’t what I expected - can I get a refund?
We have a no quibbles return policy here at The Pi Hut. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund - just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
