All items will be shipped within 5-10 business days from the time we recevied your payment. All special order request(i.e. resizing, upgrade to 18k or Platinum) may take a little bit longer then usual since all our items are custom made.
Yes we do. We use UPS wordwide expressand it will take at least 3-5 business days to get the package delivered in your country from the time the package leaves our office. All duties and customs taxes applicable in your country are the buyer's responsibility.
We normally ship via 2nd Day Air via UPS for items shipped within United States and we do not charge anything for this services. To upgrade to Next Day Air shippin. we charge $29.99 (will arrive the next bisuness day from the time the package leaves the office). Canada shipping is $49.99 (will arrive 2-5 business day from the time the package leaves the office). International shipping is $79.99 for all package shipped wordwide. All items will be shipped through UPS. All packages are insured and professionally packed.
